Allow Me To
Introduce Myself!
My name is
Randy LaHaie and I've been a self-defense
instructor for 35 years. During that time I've developed,
taught, and evaluated dozens of training programs designed to
make people safer and more effective in dangerous, stressful and volatile
situations.
I've gained an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of
people in chaotic, demanding predicaments and the reality of what they can do to
avoid, defuse or respond to them.
The information I'll share with you is what I believe is the
truth about how bad things happen and how you can avoid them.
I won't tell you that my way is the only way to approach
self-defenses training. Its not!
There are some phenomenal instructors and excellent self-
defense resources out there. However, there is also a lot of crap!
I'll help you find the best stuff. I'll review it, tell
you about it and help you use it yourself.

"These articles are the best prevention articles that I have read. I like the fact that you explain "the why" about prevention rather than simply "don't do this" or "do this" like other articles that I have read. Please keep cranking out the articles on your web site, there are readers (such as myself) who appreciate them and find them useful."
